My package has not arrive yet. What should I do?

If your package still hasn't arrived yet, don't worry! Package shipped by letter - WITHOUT tracking numberThis type of shipping normally takes longer to arrive. But don't worry, your package is not lost. 
Normally packages with this type of shipment are delivered between 3 to 15 business days. The delivery time will vary depending on the destination. The further the address is, the further the delay will be.
